Q: Are your shirts official Disney merchandise?
A: No—Disney Mouse House is a fan-run store inspired by the magic of the parks. We’re not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company. All designs are original, nostalgic tributes created for fellow Disney lovers.
Q: What type of shirts do you use?
A: We use high-quality, soft, and comfortable tees printed through Printful. Most shirts are made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton and fit true to size.
Q: Do you offer sizing info?
A: Yes! Every product page includes a sizing chart. Please double-check before ordering, as all items are made to order.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All items are made to order. Please allow:
- 2–7 business days for production

4–12 business days for delivery
It normally doesn't take that long, but it's better safe than sorry. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships!
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet. At the moment, we only ship in the United States. We are working on international shipping and will announce it when we're ready.
Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes—shipping is free when you buy 3 or more shirts ($75+). Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Because our items are made to order, we can only make changes within the first 12 hours. If you need help, email us ASAP on our CONTACT page or at info@disneymousehousemerch.com.
Q: Can I return or exchange my shirt?
A: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Please double-check sizing before ordering. Please see our REFUND POLICY.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: We’ll make it right! Contact us on our CONTACT page, or email us at info@disneymousehousemerch.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
